Yes. Telephone Camberley (01276) 684342 during bureau opening hours ( Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm ) for advice, information and assistance.

Can I visit and see someone in person?

Yes. Call in at the bureau during opening hours ( Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm ). The bureau is located at the rear of the Public Library in Knoll Road, Camberley. No appointment is needed.

If relevant bring with you any paper work concerning the matter for which you want advice (for example any forms that you are being asked to complete; a letter or statement from a creditor, mortgage or money lender, utility company, etc).

Can I get advice by e-mail?

Who can use the service?

The Camberley CAB is available, without exception, to everyone in the Surrey Heath Borough, whether you live here, work here, or are even just passing through.

How much will your advice cost me?

The advice we provide is free. Our advisors are volunteers and our overhead costs are met by donations and by our supporters and benefactors.

How much legal help is available?

We can give you advice. If your needs extend beyond the advice that our staff can give you then they can arrange for you to have a free consultation with a professional solicitor (at the Camberley CAB). Should the solicitor be unable to resolve your concerns during that consultation then they will advise you what other options are available to you.

What are the advisor's qualifications?

All our advisors are trained to national Citizens Advice standards. Some specialise in particular areas. In addition to their personal knowledge they have access to a national information system and will always check the important facts in the advice they give you.

The advisors, who are all volunteers, come from all walks of life.
